The essential knives a hunter needs

This is my signature knife.  Sporting a 5 inch blade, this is an all purpose hunting knife.  Gutting, skinning, work around the camp, and long enough to be a pig sticking knife.  It comes with a wet-molded and wax dipped leather sheath.  Put this knife on your belt and you will be covered for what ever comes your way.

This 3 inch blade is a compact knife that fits nicely on your belt, you forget you are wearing it.  Designed to fit inside your had with your finger near the blade tip, you know where your sharp bits are when working inside the gut cavity.  Safe and nimble, this knife is what I take hunting with me 80% of the time.

Not the traditional Sheppard Knife that New Zealanders expect.  This 2 inch blade knife puts the working part of the knife closer to your hand.  Ergonomically, this reduces stress on your wrist, and gives you more control so you are less likely to cut through the skin.  Try it once and I am sure you will realise the advantages.  because of the design, the sheath is not a snug fit, but this one shouldn't be on your belt while hunting

I love the design of this small game knife.  3 inch blade, with a nice swedge at the tip that reduces weight, but still gives you a drop point knife.  Total knife length is 18cm for the shorty, 20cm for the longer one.
